Jason Beghe, the first celebrity Scientologist who noisily defected may be a celebrity but apparently he was never considered celebrity enough to appear on on the
Celebrity Scientologists blog as can be seen checking back up to 2004 through the
Wayback Machine. He may have appeared through other Scientology media though.
He appeared on the cover of the Church's Celebrity magazine at least once (I have a copy) and was also featured a number of times in its Livewire column, which reports on the activities of celebrity Scientologists.
