nurel : Message: Unification Church lection imprisoned in Kazakhstan: "A few days ago, a lecturer for the Unification Church in Kazakhstan, Elizaveta Drenicheva, was sentenced to two years in prison, essentially for teaching the UC's version of the doctrine of original sin. She is currently in jail awaiting her appeal. The basis for her conviction is that it is illegal in KZ to denigrate another person or group on the basis of their lineage, and the UC teaches that its members produce children free from original sin.
